To promote 'Gloss' as a company visual communication is the key element, therefore I have developed a range of different promotional ideas. Taking into consideration the style and theme of my brand I have narrowed down my development and chose my final outcomes..

I played about on photoshop with the font, style and layout for my business card. A business card should be simple and eye catching, I have made my designs bright and stylish.

I am going to develop 'Gloss' as a brand, my aim is to promote the beauty salon. I am going to use the logo I designed for the previous brief to establish business cards, web layouts, price lists and vouchers that are appropriate to the brand.

Final Logo

I have chose this logo for my final outcome,. I used photoshop to get a shiny/plastic effect, and made the image very colourful with simple yet effective font inside.

Hey are some logos I came across for beauty salons.. They are simple and bright, just enough to catch the eye.

IDENTITY

You have recently been made redundant.  Starting your own creative business or introducing your concpet to the market has always been a personal goal and this seems like the ideal opportunity.  You have been informed today that there is £15,000 seed funding available with a local digital networking group for business start ups in the area, but the application deadline is this week.  Time is not on your side.

In my spare time I love doing hair and makeup, it's always been something I have been interested in. So as this project has to be personal to my identity, I have decided that I am going to come up with a logo for a hair and beauty salon.
